On Wednesday we celebrated Eva's first birthday. She has been such a fun baby. She was so sweet and cuddly as a newborn. As she has grown it has been fun to see her personality develop. She is all out. She is brave and thrives on attention. She climbs on everything and anything and ducks her head under water while taking baths. She falls all the time and gets right back up without crying. She'll bang her head on the wall and if you laugh at her she will do it again and again. She lifts up my shirt and blows zerberts on my belly. She will grab something she shouldn't have and then turn and run while laughing knowing that someone will soon be chasing her. She always wins over her big sister when they are fighting for the same toy. She will chase Haddee and Haddee will come crying to me asking me to hold her so Eva can't get her. She is tough, but sweet. She is beautiful. She loves her daddy and prefers any uncle to her aunts. She loves her thumb and blanky and to lay on my shoulder. That is just part of my Eva. Happy Birthday Sweetie! I love you!
Eva had a few parties. She got some great gifts!
For the Shetler party I made vegetable pinwheels, fruit, and oatmeal cupcakes. We covered the table with butcher paper and put crayons on them. That was a big hit!
